Help a family in need.   Make
a meal for 2 to 4 people, put it is a freezable container (even a gallon
ziplock bag), label it, and bring to the church's fellowship hall and
place it in the freezer or give it to someone in women's ministry leadership. 
Then, when someone needs a meal, we can go
there pick it up and deliver it quickly.

We are all busy, but if you make a large meal and have leftovers
to make up a meal for someone else, that would be great too!
